Cheshire Plate a no-go for Nomads

Flights cancelled

In rugby, Southern Nomads will not be venturing off-Island to play Port Sunlight in the quarter-finals of the Cheshire Plate on saturday.

The flight they were due to be on has been cancelled by EasyJet.

Elsewhere, Douglas will hope to end a miserable run of form with victory at home to Penrith in North One West.

Ramsey and Vagabonds clash in the Manx Cup at Mooragh Park and there are two games in the Manx Plate where Castletown tackle Emerging Nomads and Vagabonds Hornets meet Western Vikings.
