Gymns, Braddan and Pulrose reach last four

They thrashed Ramsey Youth Centre 7-2 at Tromode, thanks to goals from Nick Bowden (two), Jordan Cooper, Jeremy Lovett, Nick Ford, Sean Shimmin and Adam Johnson.
