Corinthians turn on the style against Marown

Douglas Athletic continue to fly in Division Two

Corinthians won in style in the Canada Life Premier League as they romped to an 8-0 victory at Marown.

A Sean Doyle hat-trick and goals from Blane Slattery, Callum Campbell, Rio Alison, Kane Ridings and Lewis Daley secured the win.

It wasn't happy travels for St John's, though, as they lost 4-2 at Old Boys.

Elsewhere St Mary's came from a goal down to beat Ramsey 2-1.

Douglas Athletic made it 16 wins from 16 in the JCK Limited Division Two with a comprehensive victory over Michael.

Connor Dowell bagged a hat-trick with goals from Mark Wolfenden, Ste Cowan and Lewis Howland making it 6-1 the final score.

Ste Quayle on target for the visitors.

Pulrose put in arguably the performance of the day with a 3-1 win over Gymns.

Goals from Criag Callin, Darren Flanagan and Dale Walker, Liam Bowley scoring for the home side.

Meanwhile there was nothing to separate Onchan and Douglas and District as they shared four goals in an entertaining 2-2 draw.

In the Canada Life Combination One it was Corinthians who took the headlines.

They put 14 past Ramsey Youth Centre - who's cause wasn't helped after being reduced to ten men before half time.

Hat-tricks from Andrew Moody and Matthew Lamb also helped RUshen to a 9-0 thrashing of Ramsey.

Meanwhile in the JCK Limited Combination Two Castletown proved too good for Foxdale in a close encounter.

The Southerners won 4-3.

There were also wins for Colby, Douglas Athletic and Douglas Royal.
