Busy festive period for Rugby star

There's an in-depth feature of Manx Rugby star Phil Cringle on the London Scottish club website.

It's ahead of festive games at home to Bedford this afternoon and away to Nottingham next Friday.

In the article, Cringle talks about how sports aid on the Isle of Man helped launch his professional career.

He's also looking forward to a week at home in early January but explains he will be up early in the morning feeding the sheep and cows and generally helping on the farm.
