Crosby Cricket Club has been forced to cancel it's pre-season tour of Gibraltar due to the disruption caused by the Icelandic volcanic ash in British airspace.
A squad of 19 players were due to play three games.
Two of them have made it to Gibraltar, four are stranded at Gatwick and the rest haven't left the Island.
Speaking from Gibraltar, Tour Manager Gareth Rowlands told Manx Radio the cancellation of the trip is a huge disappointment:-
Rugby: Bevan Rodd on bench for England's opening Six Nations match
MGP 26: A new Quayle set for the start line
Football: Douglas Royal face Peel in Floodlit Cup Final clash
Hockey: Three wins for Island sides in England Championships
