Michael Rutter, who's aiming for a record-breaking seventh win in the motorcycle event, is on provisional pole while TT lap record holder John McGuinness was hot on his heels in second, 0.625 seconds behind.
Steve Allan, Cameron Donald and Stuart Easton made up the top five.
