Douglas B moved clear at the top of the Shimmin Wilson Manx Shield with a 51-7 win over Emerging Nomads.
Jack Moore was once again the star for Douglas with a hat-trick of tries.
There were also tries from Adrian Shimmin (two), Niall Killey, Kev Spicer, Conor McCaughan, Dave Sherwin and Charlie Henthorn.
Nomads’ score came from Gerard Landels and was converted by Mark Young.
Nomads’ youngster Fraser Veale was named man of the match and is clearly one to watch for the future.
At QEII, Western Vikings snatched a late try to beat Ramsey B 19-18 in a very tight game.
Ramsey led early on courtesy of two Ben Harding penalties.
Vikings hit back with a Paul Wheeldon try converted by Mark Venables and led 7-6 at half-time.
In the second half Vikings went further ahead with a Sam Radcliffe try converted again by Venables.
Ramsey fought back and took the lead after tries from Tom Moss and Will Wren, but Vikings snatched it at the death with Wayne Dunsford’s first try for Vikings proving to be the match winner.
Vagas Ladies went top of Women’s NC North Division 1 with a 27-0 win away at struggling Southport.
