For the second week running, Douglas bagged a late try to snatch a draw in the all-Manx South Lancashire/Cheshire Division Two clash.
Ramsey set the early pace at the Mooragh Park with a penalty from Fintan Cummins and a Jarred Callister try, also converted by Cummins.
As half-time approached, Douglas hit back.
Tries from Andy Jones and Ryan Maddox, plus a conversion from Bryn Snellgrove, gave them a 12-10 interval lead.
In the second half, Cummins pounced on Douglas’ ill discipline and his three penalties gave Ramsey a 19-12 advantage going into the last five minutes.
A late try from Andy Evans, plus Snellgrove’s conversion, gave Douglas a share of the spoils.
They also held onto top spot after their nearest rivals Crewe & Nantwich lost.
Douglas now lead the table by two points from Ruskin Park.
