'Early rush' on Pre-TT entries, says S100

Event promoters say current interest is 'encouraging'

This year's Pre-TT Classic Road Races is already seeing an 'early rush' of entries.

That's according to the event's promoters, the Southern 100 Club, which says 72 applications to take part have already been received since entries opened earlier this month.

S100 Race Secretary George Peach adds it's an 'encouraging start' to the process and it 'seems likely' there'll be a full paddock should interest continue at this rate until entries close.

The 2024 meeting from 24-26 May on the Billown Course is running in the same format as in the last two years incorporating classic solo machines from 125cc to 1100cc as well as classic sidecars.

Entries are open until Thursday, 29 February - riders are asked this year to enter online where possible but organisers will accommodate for those who would prefer hard copies.
