Islanders are being invited to take part in the 12th running of the Firefighters' Memorial Walk.
The charity event takes place in April and covers around 32 miles.
The course starts at Peel and takes in Kirk Michael and Andreas before the finishing point at Ramsey Fire Station.
Kevin Groom is the Island's Chief Fire Officer.
He told me some of the history surrounding the event:
Athletics: Big Island turnout expected at Manchester Marathon
Football: Colby stun defending champions in Hospital Cup
Rugby: Douglas beaten in Regional 2 North West play-offs
Spirited FC Isle of Man lose out at Padiham
