Panel set to give training and competing tips
Experts will be on hand to offer advice on how to prepare for the Manx Telecom Parish Walk at a special event this evening.
It's being held at the Keyll Darree Education and Training Centre near to Noble's Hospital with doors open from 5.30pm for a start half-an-hour later.
With spring just around the corner, many walkers either begin training or up their regime ahead of the big day on June 17th.
On hand this evening will be a panel of coaches, physios and experienced walkers.
If you haven’t yet entered this year’s Manx Telecom Parish Walk there’s still time to sign up and receive a discount on the full price entry fee. All entries must be made online at www.parishwalk.com – sign up before March 31st and it costs just £35. The fee is £40 from April 1st until the final closing date on May 7th.
