Ramsey Youth Centre & Old Boys to meet Castletown at The Bowl this weekend
The curtain will come down on the latest Isle of Man football season with the 2026 Paul Henry Gold Cup final in the Manx capital.
It what will be a battle of north vs south, Ramsey Youth Centre & Old Boys (Rycob.) will face Castletown in the final showdown for honours at The Bowl in Douglas on Saturday (13 June).
It's a quick turnaround for both sides after both progressed from the semi-finals of this year's competition on Tuesday night (9 June).
Whilst 'Youthie' were narrow 2-1 winners over Marown at Andreas Playing Fields, Castletown swept to a convincing 5-0 victory away at Ardern & Druggan Ltd. Division 2 champions, Colby in a southern derby at Station Fields.
The 2026 Paul Henry Gold Cup Final is due to kick-off tomorrow at The Bowl at 2.45pm.
During the league season, just one point separated Rycob. and Castletown in the Ardern & Druggan Ltd. Division 2 standings with the former securing promotion to the Canada Life Men's Premier League for the 2026/27 campaign.
On head-to-head in 2025/26, Ramsey Youth Centre & Old Boys won two of the three league encounters with Castletown with the other being a 3-3 draw between the teams back in November 2025.
Whilst Castletown will be out to seek revenge for being pipped to promotion by their opponents this weekend, 'Youthie' are hunting a second piece of silverware this season having won the 2026 GH Corlett Woods Cup back Friday, 3 April.
