Football: Clubs discuss voting for and against season extension

First matches post-lockdown start this weekend

Colby Football Club will not play this weekend despite voting in favour of extending the Manx football season.

All clubs were asked to vote on drawing out fixtures until the end of June.

17 clubs voted for the idea with 10 voting against.

Despite voting for the extension Colby FC chairman Dicky Gale says their team won’t be playing in the first matches back on Saturday:
