Football: Fixtures confirmed for 2026/27 Manx season

New season to start at the end of this month

The fixtures for the approaching 2026/27 Isle of Man men's football season have been unveiled.

Ties have been announced across all four senior men's divisions with the opening day scheduled for Saturday, 29 August with the league campaign then running through until the final weekend on Saturday, 20 March.

Thirteen teams will make the Canada Life Men's Premier League whilst 13 are registered into Ardern & Druggan Ltd. Division 2, however changes may occur ahead of the season in the second tier due to plans for a merger between Gymnasium AFC and Douglas Athletic.

Elsewhere, 13 teams are on the roster for both Canada Life Combination One and Ardern & Druggan Ltd. Combination Two.

All fixtures remain subject to change going forward depending on certain circumstances including, but not limited to, weather-related postponements, clubs/team requests for postponements and cup competition clashes.

The first fixtures for this season's cup competitions are yet to be drawn.

Opening weekend (Saturday, 29 August, 2026)

Among the gameweek one clashes, reigning Canada Life Men's Premier League champions, Peel face a home test up against Ramsey whilst last season's runners-up and Ecap FA Cup winners, Corinthians start with a home tie against Rushen United.

Meanwhile, the two newly-promoted sides - Colby and Ramsey Youth Centre & Old Boys (Rycob.) - will begin at home against Ayre United and Union Mills respectively.

In Ardern & Druggan Ltd. Division 2, Castletown - who just missed out on promotion last season - will host Douglas High School Old Boys (DHSOB.) who were relegated from the top flight last time out.

Another of last season's promotion hopefuls, Marown, will have their rest week on the first day.

Separately from league ties, Peel and Corinthians will face off in the 2026 Eric Fletcher Charity Shield on Saturday, 21 August at The Bowl in Douglas
