Hopes successful candidate can drive recruitment and retention of officials
The Isle of Man FA is looking for someone to spearhead the recruitment and retention of match officials in Manx football for the future.
The organisation has begun its search for a new Referee Development Officer following the departure of Paul Hodskinson from the role.
Among the responsibilities are increasing the number of registered referees on Island year-on-year and making officiating a more attractive opportunity for people of all ages.
Also included will be to continue developing and supporting the local referee network which would involve, among other areas, providing assistance to officials in challenging situations.
Elsewhere, the job would also entail occasional off-Island training events.
The deadline for applications for the job is 12pm on Thursday, 25 July - the job description and application details can be found HERE.
