Lowest ever number of registered officials
A senior figure at the Isle of Man FA has branded the referee shortage as a 'critical situation'.
There are currently only 25 registered match officials on the Island - the lowest ever.
Chief Executive Frank Stennett says retirements and injuries have seen the number of qualified referees decline.
But he doesn't believe that's the main reason officials are leaving the sport:
