Football: Slattery names his first IoM squad

11 teams will be represented in first training session

New Isle of Man Representative Team Manager, Blane Slattery, has named the squad for his first training session.

Players from eleven Manx clubs will make up the group which will train together at The Bowl on Wednesday, 24 November.

The selections by Slattery and his coaching staff have been based on players who're available home and away in the run up to the Island Games in Guernsey in 2023.

Mr Slattery told Rob Pritchard the squad isn't 'a closed shop' and explained his plans in the immediate term:
