Four-midable Colby end unbeaten!

Colby capped a superb CFS Division Two campaign in style on Saturday with a 4-0 thrashing of Michael at Glen Road.

The champions have dominated the division from start to finish and ended with an unbeaten league record as they finally got their hands on the championship trophy.

A Tom Craine double and goals from the prolific duo of Josh Kelly and Furo Davies set the party in full swing.

The defeat means Michael need to win their final two games if they’re to gain the second promotion spot.

Elsewhere in Division Two, Douglas and District produced one of the results and one of the comebacks of the season.

They defeated Braddan 4-3 after trailing 3-0 at half-time!

The Police hit Onchan for seven, recording a 7-2 success.

Sam Liver (two), Neil Moore (two), Steve Gardner, and John Quaye were among the scorers as the Police produced an end-of-season show.

In the division’s remaining game, Marown won 3-0 at battling Ramsey Youth Centre, courtesy of second half goals from Kevin Pulman, Cliffy Lewin and a Kenny Magee penalty.

In the only game of the day in the Sure Mobile Premier League, Laxey were 3-1 winners over relegated Douglas Royal at Glen Road.

Neil Brogan (two) and Justin Hawley were on target for the Miners with Brian Jaygo netting for Royal, who were level at 1-1 at the break.
