Rider making long-awaited debut in 2026
A rider making a long-awaited debut at the Isle of Man TT Races this year says the event so far is 'everything he thought it would be and more.'
Gary McCoy had previously been due to make his maiden appearance at the racing fortnight in 2025.
However, he was ruled out of the event twelve months ago after suffering serious injuries in an incident at the North West 200 several weeks beforehand.
Now with the chance to take on the 1000cc races and Supersport class, he told Radio TT about how he's coping so far with the physical demands of the Snaefell Mountain Course:
