Sign-on at Grandstand this evening

There's a chance to sign-on as a marshal or time-keeper at the 138.com Rally Isle of Man this evening.

You can do so at the T.T. Grandstand between 6pm and 9pm.

The event starts on Thursday evening on Douglas promenade with a spectacular side-by-side opening stage outside the Villa Marina.

167 crews are set to tackle twenty stages or 163 miles before the finish on Saturday afternoon.

World Rally Citroen driver Craig Breen will lead the field away which includes three-time British champion Mark Higgins looking for a sixth win on home tarmac.

Others competing include newly crowned British champion Elfyn Evans, rally legend Jimmy McRae and the fastest ever rider around the T.T. Course - 13-time winner Michael Dunlop.
