Mixed doubles badminton team bag bronze
The Special Olympics Isle of Man squad has taken its first gold medal of the 2023 World Summer Games today (21 June).
Andrew McGehan and Sean Roberts took the top prize in the men's doubles bowling competition in the second day of competition in Berlin.
Meanwhile, there was also medal success in badminton for the Island squad as Peter Taylor and Zoe Lambie took bronze in the mixed doubles earlier.
Elsewhere, the Bocce squad have also managed a fourth place finish in their competition.
The games in Germany are running until Sunday (25 June).
