Gandy downs McAuley at Ramsey
Gotland Island Games gold medal winner Alex McAuley is out of the Isle of Man Golf Championship.
He was beaten 5&4 by Rowany player Tom Gandy at Ramsey last night.
Defending Champion Paul Lowey defeated Stephen Skillicorn 6&5 and Tom Harris also recorded a big winning margin when seeing off the challenge of Peter Glover 7&5.
Kevin Moore beat Robert Noon 4&2, Darryl Callister won by the same margin against Daniel Bell and Lee Morgan won 3&2 against Mark Pugh.
There were 2&1 wins for Jonathan Corke over Andrew Challenor and Danny Foulis over Phil Christian.
