The victorious men's gymnastics team at the NatWest Island Games in Aland have been talking about their gold medal winning performance.
Joseph and Alex Hedges, Joe Smith and Anand Patel took top honours in the floor and vault event, but they told Manx Radio’s Tim Glover it hadn’t been an easy task:
