Manx Rally driver Mark Higgins has won the British Championship section of the Jim Clark International Rally for the fifth time.
He finished 11.4 seconds ahead of Keith Cronin at the third round of the campaign, after having to settle for second place behind Cronin at the previous two events.
Cronin recovered from a puncture on Friday to reduce a two minute deficit to just 2.6 seconds going into the final loop of four stages.
However, Higgins drove superbly to fend off the challenge and take victory.
Cronin still leads the overall standings but Higgins is now only two points behind with his home Rally Isle of Man next in early July.
