Mixed Premier League Champions Bacchas "A" had a 100 % record last season and open their title defence against Vikings "A".
Runners-up Valkyrs "A" start their campaign against top flight newcomers Harlequins "A".
And Castletown Celts meet Bacchas "B" in the other opening day fixture.
