Harrison nets hat-trick in comprehensive victory
The Isle of Man Ladies Over-45's hockey team have claimed another victory in this year's England Hockey Championships.
The Island side ran out 6-1 winners at Alderley Edge on Sunday (8 February) to progress again in the EH Women's O45's Vase competition.
Jo Quine opened the scoring for the Manx squad in the first half before two further strikes from Donna Harrison put the visitors in control come half-time.
In the second period, Kerry Cowley bagged a brace to make it four and five before Harrison completed her hat-trick to cap off a resounding win.
It's the Isle of Man side's second victory in this tournament after a 3-1 win away at Deeside Ramblers in the previous round.
Before that, they'd started out in the EH Women's 045 Trophy where they suffered a 5-1 defeat at Formby.
