Big win for Bacchas B
The cup took centre stage in Manx hockey this afternoon as the league was put on hold.
Karl Moore scored six as Bacchas B put ten (10) past Valkyrs B in the Bridgewaters Mixed Hockey Cup quarter-final.
Tony Bentley-Roberts, Craig Leece and George Harrison also got on the scoresheet.
Castletown Celts surprised Harlequins A at Castle Rushen High School as they ran out 5-2 winners.
Danny Knievton (2), Steve Ronan and Paul Kelly netting as the Southerners progress to the semis.
Elsewhere, Bacchas A continued they're great form as they secured a 3-1 victory over Valkyrs A.
Andy Whiting handed the hosts a 1-0 lead at the break before Kim Carney and Jamie Brown made sure of the win.
Luis Novo-Smith scored twice as Valkyrs A put their names in the hat for the next round.
Russ Miller and Imogen Manning were also amongst the goals as they registered a 4-2 win away at Ramsey A.
