Castletown might benefit from becoming part of a larger local authority, according to one of the town's candidates in the House of Keys general election in September.
Local commissioner Carol Quine says the Island's ancient capital desperately needs more affordable housing for the many young people who are trying to get on the property ladder.

Hockey: Bacchas Mens and Valkyrs Ladies among sides to progress from cup first round
Rugby: Douglas keep playoff hopes alive
Football: Castletown close in on Division 2 leaders
