The future of Rushen United’s women football team is under threat.
The club has enjoyed great success since women’s football began in the Island but with a number of players from last season’s squad leaving for a combination of factors, university, off-Island trips etc, the club has only a handful of players registered ahead of the coming season.
A meeting at Rushen clubhouse starts at 6.30pm this evening (Monday) for anyone who would like to come down and ask questions/find out about getting involved.
You can also contact Zoe Hawley on 204404 to find out more.
