It's Colby v Braddan

Colby and Braddan will meet in the GH Corlett Woods Cup Final after two contrasting semi-finals on Saturday.

Runaway Division Two leaders Colby finally overcame the brave challenge of Marown to book their place.

An extra-time winner from James Cain broke the Crosby’s side hearts at Glen Road.

Kevin Pullman had put Marown ahead after just two minutes, a lead they held until Josh Kelly forced extra-time in the second half.

It wasn’t so close at Braddan as they saw off battling Ronaldsway 5-2.

Doubles from Michael Wheeler and the prolific David Kinrade, plus one from Andrew Lancaster, booked their place.

Matt Williamson and Mark Rees found the net for the Rockets.

In league action, the most prolific marksman in CFS Division Two hit another four as Pulrose maintained their promotion push.

David Skillen was the hero yet again with Brian O’Riordan and Michael Dawson netting the others in a 6-1 home win over Douglas and District.

And there was another good victory for fourth placed Castletown as they edged out Onchan 3-2 at the Stadium.

Michael Edge grabbed a brace and Ashley Southern the other with striker Jamie Carr scoring both for the visitors.
