
Competitors described Sunday's Manx Mountain Bike cross country at Archallagan Plantation as the muddiest for many a year.
Tom Kelly produced an excellent performance in the Adult race taking the handicap win by over seven minutes. The fastest actual time came from Elliot Baxter.
The Junior event saw Nick Corlett take a convincing win on his new Specialized bike.
Despite the difficult conditions, there was an excellent turnout with 35 Juniors and 66 riders for the Adult event.
