Manx cyclist Peter Kennaugh and his Great Britain team mate Ben Swift remain in second position after day five of the UIV Talents Cup.
The Swiss/Dutch duo of Ismeal Kip and Milan Moser now lead the Rotterdam Six after they gained a lap on the penultimate night of racing.
Previous leaders Lithgard and Vermeulen are in third with one day to go.
Kennaugh will also be one of several Isle of Man riders competing at this Saturday's Revolution 19 in Manchester.
He'll be joined by Mark Cavendish and Mark Christian in the Elite event while Chris Whorrall and Chris Nicholson will take part in the Future Stars event.
