After last night's frustrating night of racing at the Billown Circuit today the Southern 100 has served up some excellent fare.
The first race of the day, the 600 Race B, saw very tight racing between Dave Kennington, Mark Goodings, William Cowden and Darryl McGowan
On the penultimate lap Goodings and Cowden came together at Ballabeg Corner - they stayed upright but the pair lost time on Kennington who pulled out a 3 second lead.
A hugely pleased Kennington kept the advantage and took the line honours from Mark Goodings and William Cowden.
To add to Kennington's smile his 100.96 fastest lap was also his first ton-up lap.
