The World Enduro Championships moved across the border from the previous weekend's round in Spain to Fafe in Portugal.
On a physically demanding course through rocky eucalyptus forests, Manxman David Knight saw off strong competition to consolidate his position at the top of the table after two rounds.
In second place to Frenchman Christophe Nambotini on the first day, Knight came back to take the top spot on day two, ahead of Simone Albegoni of Italy with Nambotini in third.
Overall Knighter leads the table with 25 points after two rounds, with Nambotini second on 20.
Following a disappointing season last year with BMW, and then a spell on Kawasaki machines, it's an emphatic return to form for Knighter.
