
Kevin Loundes produced a strong performance to claim victory in the Isle of Man Cross Country Championships in cold and windy conditions at Pulrose yesterday.
The Manx Harriers athlete completed the 9.4km course in 32.19, finishing over one-and-a-half minutes ahead of team-mate Darren Gray.
Martin Malone, also of Manx Harriers, was third in 34.14.
There was an MH one-two-three in the Ladies as well.
Gail Griffiths won in 18.19, Julie Harrison was second in 19.06 with Sarah Curphey a further ten seconds back in third.
