Manx Radio's Southern 100 coverage

Manx Radio's coverage of the 2011 Southern 100 road racing meeting begins this evening (Tuesday).

Practicing on the Billown circuit began last night, and tonight sees further qualifying, along with the first two races.

Roads close at 6.05pm and reopen no later than 9.40pm.

Tomorrow evening sees a full programme of racing, with the same road closure times as today, and there is further racing on Thursday morning and afternoon.

Manx Radio's coverage will be as follows:

Tuesday, July 12: 7pm to 10pm across the Island on our regular FM frequencies and on 100.6FM around the Billown Circuit. This can also be picked up on the FM feeds at manxradio.com, and on the Manx Radio player and iphone app.

Wednesday, July 13: 6.15pm to 10pm, with the same options as Tuesday.

Thursday, July 14: Coverage available on 100.6FM around the Billown Circuit, online at manxradio.com and on the iphone app's AM option.
