Appeal for careful driving
The Isle of Man Marathon and Half Marathon is taking place today (Sunday) in Ramsey and around the northern plains.
It starts at 9am with the half distance race getting underway half-an-hour later.
The event is based at Ballacloan Stadium and competitors will turn left on to the promenade
