An appeal is going out for marshals to sign on ahead of the Manx Grand Prix, practicing for which begins on Saturday evening (August 20).
Numbers are said to be on a par with last year, but the first session is always a bit of a stretch as many visiting marshals haven't yet arrived.
Chairman of the Isle of Man TT Marshals' Association Chairman Terry Holmes says the last thing his organisation wants is for a session to be cancelled due to a lack of volunteers:
FC Isle of Man targeting fourth straight win this weekend
South Liverpool the visitors tomorrow in the NWCFL Premier Division
Hockey: League action resumes across mixed divisions
Top two in Mixed Prem and Mixed Div 3 to meet among fixtures
Rugby: Double-header at home for Vagabonds teams
Ramsey to welcome Southern Nomads in Manx Shield
Football: Premier League 'clash of the titans' headlines weekend ties
Elsewhere, goal difference separates duo at the top of Division 2
