IoM face Hitra in first game
The Isle of Man FA's senior men's side get their Inter-Island Games football tournament campaign underway today.
They'll face Norwegian island Hitra at 6.30pm this evening in Llangefni.
Due to football not being one of the sports involved in this year's Island Games in Gibraltar, the competition in Ynys Mon is acting as its replacement.
Manager Paul Jones told Manx Radio Sport his players must remain focused to avoid defeat in their opening match:
Cricket: Isle of Man's opponents confirmed for 2028 T20 world cup qualifiers
Snooker: Blinders and PSM Legion both win to go joint-top
MGP Supporters club considering winding down operations
Hockey: Isle of Man Men's B progress in EH Championships
