Michael have given themselves a great chance to survive in the Canada Life Premier League.


Fresh from a 2-0 success over St John’s, the newly promoted westerners caused another surprise on Saturday, defeating Ramsey 2-1 at Balleira Road.


Dave Reynolds and Matthew Brand were the heroes with the goals.


Ramsey Youth Centre couldn’t quite pull off a shock of their own as they went down 2-1 at home to St John’s.


John Haggerdon and Steve Glover got their goals with Oliver Blaker on target for battling Youth Centre.
