The Island under 15 cricket side continued its impressive week with victory over Italy in the European Championships Division Two.
Alex Stokoe was one of the stars of the show with an excellent bowling return of 4 for 19.
The Italians finished on 177 for six from their 35 overs before Stokoe and Richard Foden opened the Manx innings.
They put on 86, Stokoe caught for 16 and Foden scoring at almost a run a ball to help guide the Island to 178 for 4 with just an over remaining.
The Island will meet Spain in Saturday’s third/fourth place play-off.
