
Manx shooter Daniel Shacklock was just two targets away from a medal on the final day of competition at the Commonwealth Youth Games in India.
The 14 year-old qualified in the top six for the medal shoot-off in the Skeet event. His final position was fifth.

The 15 year-old from Ramsey broke the Island Senior and Junior record by nearly two seconds in the 200 metre Butterfly.
Her time of 2 minutes 25.7 was the 10th fastest in the heats.
Olivia also set a new Junior record in the 50 metre Freestyle at 28.52 seconds for 13th place. Heather Millar was also inside the old standard at 28.57 seconds in finishing one place behind.
Grant Halsall came 15th in the 50 metre Backstroke in a time of 29.02 seconds.
