News overnight in Athletics and at a meeting at Trafford in Manchester, Rachel Franklin has set a new Manx record for the Women’s 800m.
Rachel smashed her own personal best by some margin in running 2 minutes 11.90 seconds.
That beat the Island record set by Julie Harrison/Moore way back in 2004.
