Low intensity sessions every Friday
Paracise is hosting weekly Zoom sessions to those who would benefit from lower intensity exercise.
Hosted by Daniel Langridge, the sessions are every Friday from 11:30am, are low impact and don't include floor work.
Organisers say the workouts are ideal for people who haven't exercised for a while, are coming back from injury or have a health condition.
