Valkyrs A put seven past Harlequins A.

Prolific marksman Ollie Webster hit a hat-trick and was joined on the scoresheet by Chris Killey, Chris Caldwell, Luis-Novo Smith and Imogen Manning in a 7-2 victory.

Vikings A were pushed hard by Ramsey A, eventually emerging 2-1 victors, thanks to Steven Underwood and Tom Wilson goals.

Alex Kneale was on target for the northerners.
