Vikings A continue to dominate

Valkyrs A survived a second-half fightback from Castletown A in the PwC Women's Premier League on Saturday.

Maxine Smalley and Ellen Cleator had given the westerners a 2-0 advantage at the break.

Castletown reduced the arrears through Danni Kelly but were unable to find an equaliser as the match finished 2-1.

Vikings A remain top of the standings after a comfortable 5-1 win over Ramsey A - Kirsty Cooper scoring a hat-trick with Kim Carney and Sarah Blackman also among the goals.
