Mitchell-Thomas and Rob Hodson complete top three
Manxman Billy Redmayne has claimed victory in a dramatic Junior Manx Grand Prix.
He finished by just over a second ahead of Malachi Mitchell-Thomas who had been leading for some time.
The race had a near three-hour delay due to poor conditions around the Mountain Course and was subsequently reduced from four laps to three.
Mitchell-Thomas lost more than 16 seconds from the Bungalow and Cronk-ny-Mona in lap two which ultimately proved costly as Redmayne won by 1.8 seconds.
Rob Hodson finished in third.
Billy Redmayne gave his reaction to a very tight race:
Boxing: Island success in Sheffield
Boxing: Coach hails 'fantastic' season for Manx ABC
Rugby: Douglas lose third on the bounce
Losing MGP Supporters Club would leave 'huge gap'
