Reeves and Klaffi strike TT deal

Sidecar greats aiming for Mountain Course wins

A deal has been struck between two heavyweights of the sidecar world ahead of the TT.

Former world champions and TT winners Klaus Klaffenbock and Tim Reeves have joined forces for the 2016 meeting, with practice week just ten days away.

Klaffi will supply Reeves with Honda engines and full technical support, including his motorsport team's technical director, who is a former F1 technician.

The deal is also set to include the Southern 100 and Scarborough Gold Cup and extend beyond the current road racing season.

Reeves says he's absolutely over the moon to have joined forces with Klaffi and didn't need much persuading to put pen to paper.

His passenger at TT 2016 will again be Patrick Farrance.
