MT hq between 5 and 8pm
The first signing-on session for Saturday's Tough Mann Adventure Challenge takes place this evening at Manx Telecom headquarters at the Isle of Man Business Park.
It starts at 5pm and ends at 8pm - all competitors need to bring photo ID.
It's the same time and venue for signing on tomorrow evening.
The event itself is at Ballamoar Farm near Ballaugh over a tough 10km course.
