Rowany professional playing for tour card
Tom Gandy has made a solid start in his bid for a full European Tour card for next season.
The Rowany golf professional hit a two-under par 70 in the opening round of the qualifying school final stage in Spain.
He had a bogey-free round with two birdies and is tied in 33rd place.
Gandy is only four back on the leader with many still in contention for the 25 tour cards on offer.
